FAQ

Good question! Once you've sent a useable image, I would allow around 2 weeks to receive your artwork. This may be slightly longer if you've asked for a framed copy.
It can get very busy around Xmas, so this may also impact delivery times.
I'll do my best to keep you updated of your order status if anything comes up that may impact your delivery date.

I draw digitally on an iPad. This allows for super crisp images. Some process videos can be seen on our Instagram page.

Generally, bank transfer is easiest, but if you live locally, cash may also be used. If you have an alternative payment method, please reach out and ask, and I'll do my best to accommodate.

No! At the moment, my clients have only asked for dog and cat drawings, but I am more than happy to draw horses, lizards, snakes, or any other little guy you like. Small fish can be tricky, as they are hard to photograph, but in general, if you can get a good quality, well-lit photo, I will draw it. Reach out if you're not sure!

Currently, I charge per drawing per pet. I am more than happy to draw multiple pets, but you will be charged for each one.
If you have 2 drawings, I can combine them into the same frame (see my portfolio for examples).

I can draw people with their pets, but I charge per subject, as capturing the likeness is the most time-intensive part of the process.
For example, artwork showing you holding your cat would be 2 subjects, so I would charge twice. If you have any questions about this, please reach out; I'll do my best to accommodate any requests you have.
Unfortunately, I don't draw people on their own. I'm here for the pets.
